People have been asking me, "how hot is it?" Well, I haven't been really sure. We don't have a thermometer up, and I don't typically check the weather forecast anymore. Mainly because the forcast usually says: sunny, or warm, or expect patchy clouds. I mean, there just isn't much variation. It's not like it is going to rain anytime soon. So, not wanting to over-exaggerate, I've been telling everyone that it's been about 82 or 83. There have been clouds in the sky, and when I've gone outside, it's been warm, but not too warm. The girsl have been able to play outside for bits at a time, so I figured it was in the 80's.
I guess we are acclimatizing. I checked www.weather.com today. I looked at yesterdays weather. Ha! It was 95. Forcast for the week? 97 tomorrow, 99 on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 97 on Tuesday and REALLY dipping down on Wednesday to 96. Brrr...we might have to put on a tank top for that day.
What's really funny is that it's 9:00, the AC is on. It's setting is 80, and I was thinking of making the girls put on socks. I was also thinking that it was too cold to go to the pool today.
